Speaker Series: More Information

You’ve read about the benefits of being a Speaker at our Events Series.  Here’s some more information and how to take the next step:

What you give:

  • Your commitment to yourself and your business to have your talk and your offering prepared by the event date.
  • Your email marketing copy, social media copy, and preferred images at least one month prior to the event.
  • Your presence one hour before and one hour after event to set up and take down of the event.
  • Your promise to leave this sacred space, as you found it, with respect and love.
  • $200 non-refundable purchase of your event date. You can reschedule your event once with at least 45 days notice. (We start promoting your event 30 days ahead of time!)
  • If you commit to four quarterly event dates, you’ll receive a 20% discount. Instead of $800 for four events, you’ll pay $640 to schedule 4 dates (once per quarter) in the HoloWINC calendar. This gives the entire community more advanced notice to plan their schedule to be at your event and creates a marketing momentum for you over the next year.

Choosing Your HoloWINC Night

HoloWINC is created around three categories of offerings: Wellness, Wealth and Wisdom.

  • Wellness events are focused on health, psychology, movement, trauma and healing. If your business works in these areas, you are a perfect fit for the wellness nights.
  • Wealth events are focused on entrepreneurship, business and creating/managing/investing money. WINC will host two Wealth events a month.
  • Wisdom events can really be anything, with a special eye towards the deeper questions and experiences in life – that which puts us in touch with the human condition and what is bigger than us. You could be a wellness healer, a marketing      expert or a yoga teacher with wisdom to share during these evenings. If you happen to teach a sacred art – like meditation, yoga, ritual, tai chi, etc. etc. – this would be an especially great night for you to speak and share your wisdom art.

 

Next Steps

1. Fill out the Application so that we can learn about you and the event you would like to present!

2. Send us an email at [email protected] to let us know you want to schedule a Wellness, Wealth, or Wisdom night and on what date. (Schedule for Wellness nights are on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays; Wealth speaker nights are on the 2nd or 4th Wednesdays, or Wisdom night is on the 5th Wednesdays of the month when there is one).

3. We will send you a contract to review and sign, and a PayPal invoice for $200 (plus any chair fees). Once you are paid and your date is scheduled, we will send you a list of marketing copy and images we need to be your happy and effective marketing partner for the event!
